Bahar is a contemporary artist living in Sydney. She started painting at the age of 12 and was taught advanced techniques and abstract painting by her master KARIM NASR. In recent years she has held a number of solo and group exhibitions.
She grew up in a place with a number of contradictions of tradition, religion, and logical philosophies due to modernism and historical transitions in recent years. These contradictions have been reflected in her paintings in texture and setting as well as colours and figures.

All of the artworks are untitled because the artist does not want to ascribe a predefined meaning to them. The artist wants the viewer to connect with the art work through their own feelings and understandings without any influence or forcing a certain perspective or reaction onto the viewer.

Certain art works are a combination of 18th century with contemporary style. It indicates that 'Art' is timeless and different styles can meet each other maintaining their beauty and authenticity with an excellent harmony.

In a few artworks dark minded people are shown as unclear faces moving towards a dark area as they have many faces. On the contrary, nice people are clearly understandable and seen as hard workers going up towards shining success and well-being.
