Felicia Aroney

Born in 1970 of Greek descent in Perth, Western Australia, Felicia Aroney’s greatest influences are drawn from the fusion of her rich Australian upbringing and her European background.

“Australia’s wondrous flora, and the textural visuals seen on my European travels, have fused my subject and technique as one.”

Felicia Aroney has been a finalist in numerous Australian art awards including the Mosman, Hornsby and Waverly art prizes She has exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions both in Australia and internationally, including Hong Kong, Singapore and Seoul art fairs. Felicia has twice collaborated with renowned make-up guru Napoleon Perdis and in 2017 they released the limited edition Allure clutch. Felicia has been featured in numerous magazines and publications including Australian House & Garden Magazine, Art Edit, and Belle Magazine. Her works are held in private collections in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia.

Blossom Street

Felicia Aroney will be exhibiting her latest body of work Blossom Street at Art2Muse Gallery this November.

Blossom Street combines Felicia’s signature hydrangeas and fairy wrens to celebrate a fresh new colour palette. Pinks in all shades, the palest of blues and greens on both off-white and summer palette backgrounds, send her blossoms dancing off the canvas. In even thicker texture than before, Felicia’s rich oil paintings come to life in this stunning new series.

Blossom Street effortlessly amalgamates expressive painting techniques with feminine floral designs. The physical presence radiating from the canvases is captivating and calming, dramatically bringing charm into any space.
